The Tracker way

Tracker runs ‘in the cloud’ - which means you can access it from any modern web browser with an internet connection.

Our modular approach means you can give your team access to what they need to do their jobs - potentially from anywhere.

We wanted to make an operational system that is easy to use, and easy to adopt. We regularly update functionality, and have the ability to create customised screens without you being fixed on a single version.

Tracker Modules

Our standard modules include:

Orders - Sales orders from your customers (can also be imported from your website, or from our Point of Sale).

Customers - Manage all of your customers, contacts, see their history and add notes/tasks. Easily manage multiple contacts per customer.

Products - Product records form the basis of what you buy / make / sell. This can be simple items right up to Matrix or Templated SKUs / made to order custom items.

Suppliers - Keep track of all your suppliers, with the ability to link multiple suppliers to a product, with price breaks and lead times.

Purchase Orders - Manage all of your purchasing, whether it is from sales demands, stock alerts, or daily buying. Easily handle back orders and substitutions.

Inventory - Track all of your stock movements, picking, and create rules to allocate based on order channel. Easily move stock between locations or track availability.

Our manufacturing modules include:

Production - automatically or manually create production jobs to fulfil your customer orders - generate POs, and only release jobs to the floor when everything is ready.

Paperless - use our paperless production app to reduce or entirely remove the amount of paper needed - with all instructions delivered to operators via tablet.

Our garment decoration specific modules include:

Base Garments - hold all information on the items you can decorate, including images, logo positions, pricing, and even supplier inventory.

Logos - store all logos and manage development from original artwork through to production ready files. We have native functionality for embroidery allowing you to streamline planning and scheduling.

Designer - combine base garments and logos to create designs for production - for stock or for your customers. Easily generate proofs for approval. Add personalisation options with the ability to auto generate design files based on font / colour / size.
