The Challenge

Before we found Tracker, we were reliant on complex spreadsheets and manual processes. This was costing us time and energy, especially from a stock-take point of view. We wanted to move the business forward, but our existing processes weren’t sustainable.

We knew something had to change, and started looking around for a solution. The only problem was, nothing seemed to fit our business.

We wanted a software company that could understand our bespoke product and the various elements in our production line. Typical plug-and-play software wasn’t going to work.

The Solution

In 2016 we found Tracker. And I’m so glad we did. Will, the owner, spent time with us listening and understanding the business, so he could offer the best solution to our challenges.

As Tracker is very flexible, we chose elements that worked for our business and only paid for what we needed. It’s also all-encompassing. It’s helped us revolutionise our stock management system and automate many of our paper-based processes, while acting as a CRM to help our customer team.

The support we received along the way was also hugely helpful. Tracker were there for us, from enquiry through to aftercare. In fact, they’re still there now (if we need them).

The Result

Since introducing Tracker, our business has finally been able to scale. We’ve moved away from time-consuming manual processes to automation, which has freed up our team to work on more important parts of the business.

As everything is now in one place, we’re not wrangling with complex spreadsheets to get the information we need. In a few minutes, we can easily get an overview of our stock, materials, customers and money. Which means, we’re making quicker and more informed decisions.

In a nutshell, we have more time, more energy and our profits are up. Our CRM is really building too.
